Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a skilled Admin, HR & Compliance Officer who will be responsible for day-to-day admin operations and HR compliance issues.
He will implement effective strategies for developing organizational culture, particularly in a positive and supportive manner while developing policies and managing procedures to contribute for making the company a better place to work and there are plenty of opportunities for professional development and growth.
- To be responsible for maintaining new employee’s recruitment process, prepare personal files and update in software.
- Complete new joining formalities, Prepare Employee ID cards.
- Worker File management, Transfer, Resign, Termination, Retrenchment, Promotion, Disciplinary Action, Grievance Resolution, Absent Counseling, etc.
- Organize and provide training for the development of employees. Responsible for communication with Government concern agencies.
- Ensure that all government approvals, renewals are obtained, and all notifications are answered on time.
- Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times.
- Manage all assets – furniture, fixtures, and equipment and keep their records. Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports, and ensuring that everyone is kept current necessary news and information of company. Implement office & employees safeguards following ISO (9001:2015).
- Maintain all contract agreements made between the organization and third parties for service, lease, rental, etc., are on time and followed by laws and legislation’s of the countries.
- Ensuring an enjoyable and indisputable office environment is available by making sure service charges, house rent, bills for utilities, etc., are paid on time.
- Maintain all policies and regulations of the Company.
- Implement HR and Admin guidelines of the organization.
- Handle the maintenance issues of vehicle (Four-wheeler, Motor Cycle) of the Company and submit monthly/Quarterly/Yearly reports to management Assist in tracking of submission of information, EOIs, proposals, and ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems.
- Any other responsibility as and when assigned by the management.
