Responsibilities & Context
- Oversee daily administrative operations of the school to ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with different departments for effective operational support.
- Manage daily administrative operations and office procedures efficiently.
- Maintain office records, documentation, and correspondence.
- Assist in planning and organizing meetings, events, and official functions.
- Maintain office supplies, assets, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
- Manage the entire student enrollment process including admissions, registration, and orientation.
- Oversee enrolment, admissions, registration, and student database management.
- Maintain and update student databases accurately and securely.
- Coordinate with parents regarding admissions, documentation, and queries.
- Implement enrollment policies and ensure compliance with school regulations.
- Serve as a point of contact between parents, staff, and school management.
- Communicate student progress and administrative updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in organizing meetings, school events, and parent-teacher interactions.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to enhance school operations.
- Ensure adherence to school policies, procedures, and safeguarding guidelines.
- Manage office supplies, school assets, and vendor relationships efficiently.
- Support HR and other departments with administrative and enrollment-related tasks.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Head of Administration or school management.
