Education
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Accounting
CA, CMA, ACCA, or partly qualified professionals required.
Experience
At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Wholesale, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Chemical Industries, Automobile, Paint, Toiletries
Additional Requirements
Age At least 30 years
Candidates must have completed CA-CC with at least 3 years of relevant industry experience.
Responsibilities & Context
Plan and conduct financial and operational audits based on the approved audit plan.
Review financial statements, ledgers, vouchers, payments, receipts, and supporting documents.
Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and financial processes.
Identify financial irregularities, control gaps, compliance issues, and potential risks.
Verify compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Review bank reconciliation, receivables, payables, inventory, fixed assets, and cash management.
Prepare audit observations, reports, and practical recommendations for management.
Discuss findings with relevant departments and agree on corrective action plans.
Follow up on previous audit findings and monitor implementation progress.
Support special investigations, fraud-risk reviews, and management-requested assignments.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external auditors when required.
Maintain confidentiality, independence, and proper audit documentation.
