Requirements

Education

  • Bachelors or Master’s Degree in any discipline with no third division/class in any academic result.

Additional Requirements

  • Age At most 40 years

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in any Bank.
  • Experience in banking, Agent Banking, sales, or business development will be considered an added advantage.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of banking products and Agent Banking operations.
  • Ability to work in field-level business acquisition and customer service activities.
  • Basic computer proficiency including MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve business targets.
  • Good presentation and relationship management skills.

 

Additional Requirements:

  • Must have practical experience in riding a motorcycle.
  • Valid motorcycle driving license will be preferred.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field-level business activities.
  • Smart, energetic, and target-oriented personality.
  • Strong team coordination and problem-solving ability.
  • Age – Maximum 40 Years as of deadline of application date.

Responsibilities & Context

A Leading Private Commercial Bank is looking for Experienced Officials

 

Employment Status: Contractual and Permanent       

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new Agent Banking customers and business opportunities.
  • Promote Agent Banking products and services to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, customers, and local business communities.
  • Support account opening activities and customer onboarding processes.
  • Assist agents in achieving business and transaction targets.
  • Provide regular business support and operational guidance to Agent Banking outlets.
  • Conduct field visits for customer acquisition, agent support, and market development.
  • Monitor daily business activities and ensure smooth operations at Agent Banking points.
  • Assist in deposit collection, customer engagement, and cross-selling of banking products.
  • Support remittance, fund transfer, and other banking service-related activities.
  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank guidelines, KYC, AML, and internal policies.
  • Prepare business reports, visit reports, and performance updates for management.
  • Coordinate with branches and different departments for operational and business support.
  • Resolve customer and agent-related issues promptly and professionally.
