Additional Requirements

Order status monitoring & regular schedule meeting with merchandising & marketing for order planning and effective production and shipment planning.
Ensure accurate & optimal capacity planning utilizing available man and machine, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a route cause analysis and give quick solution for a smooth operation.
Close relationship with operational teams to ensure on time delivery of products & optimal utilization of equipment & manpower.
Coordination through meeting with respective department heads for better performance & achievement.
Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment target.
Analyze and evaluation of production plans and present operational performances.
Supervise and drive the store, IE and planning staff to ensure on time arrival of raw materials and maintain production schedules.
Make emergency plan to recover or handle the emergency or crisis period.
Prepare master plan, capacity or order booking plan & loading plan and daily & monthly production status report, production VS actual comparison report and monthly shipment schedule & status report.
