Responsibilities & Context
Company Overview: Harmony Builders Ltd is a reputable real estate development company specialising in the construction and sale of flats and apartments in Chittagong. As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and experienced Manager (Sales & Marketing) to lead our sales and marketing efforts and drive business growth.
Position Overview: Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Manager (Sales & Marketing) will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to promote and sell flats and apartments developed by Harmony Builders Ltd in Chittagong. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in sales with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote and sell flats and apartments in Chittagong, ensuring alignment with company objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to maximize sales performance and achieve targets.
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to expand the customer base and increase market share in Chittagong.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, real estate agents, brokers, and other stakeholders to generate leads and drive sales.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities, providing insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Oversee the development of marketing collateral, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities to effectively showcase properties and attract buyers.
- Collaborate with the design and construction teams to ensure that properties meet customer expectations and quality standards.
- Monitor sales performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management, providing regular updates on sales activities, progress, and results.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging trends, and best practices in real estate sales and marketing, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.
