  • General knowledge of English will get priority.
  • Provide excellent customer service to passengers by assisting them with ticket purchases, changes, cancellations, and inquiries about flights, fares, schedules, and policies.
  • Sell airline tickets to customers either in person at the ticket counter, over the phone, or online through the airline’s reservation system.
  • Manage flight reservations, including booking, confirming, and modifying reservations as per customer requests.
  • Calculate fares, taxes, and fees accurately based on the passenger’s itinerary, travel class, and any applicable discounts or promotions.
  • Issue electronic or paper tickets to passengers after confirming their bookings and collecting payment.
  • Process payments for ticket purchases, including cash, credit/debit cards, vouchers, and other forms of payment accepted by the airline.
  • Provide passengers with up-to-date information about flight status, delays, cancellations, and alternative travel options in case of disruptions.
  • Assist passengers with baggage-related inquiries, including baggage allowances, fees, restrictions, and lost or delayed baggage issues.
  • Inform passengers about special promotions, upgrades, and additional services offered by the airline, aiming to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of ticket sales, reservations, transactions, and other relevant data in the airline’s reservation system or database.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must have Professional Computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, Basic Graphics Design/Canva).
  • Speak with clients to answer any queries regarding visa requirements.
  • Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, and maintain files and records.
  • Must have a pleasant personality with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Must be very keen to learn about new things.
  • Residence close to our office location will be an advantage.

Responsibilities & Context

WE HAVE IATA & ATAB Membership and Civil Aviation Authority.

Office Hour: (10.00 am – 7:00 pm) 6 days.
