Responsibilities & Context
An Airlines Ticketing Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring that passengers have a smooth and efficient experience when booking and managing their travel plans. Here are some of the primary responsibilities associated with this role:
Ticket Booking and Issuance:
- Process ticket reservations, changes, and cancellations for passengers.
- Issue electronic and paper tickets based on customer requests and preferences.
Customer Service:

- Assist passengers with special requirements, such as those needing special assistance or with specific seating preferences.
Flight Information Management:
