B.Sc & M.Sc in Food Technology/ Chemistry/ Applied Chemistry/ Biochemistry
Experience
1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Beverage, Dairy, Food (Packaged), Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Responsibilities & Context
Responsible to maintain proper documentation for all kinds of IPQC.
Perform in-process quality control as per quality plan.
Ensure compliance with personal hygiene, GMP, food safety and environmental monitoring.
Ensure that finished products are accurately labeled, sealed and packaged according to company and regulatory guidelines.
Ensure all laboratory equipment handling and calibration.
Carry out hazard analysis, validation and verification process activities in line with the HACCP plan.
Provide audit support for ISO/FSSC 22000, HACCP, Halal, Regulatory, GMP and BRCGS requirements.
Handle market complaints through sample analysis, root cause investigation and CAPA.
Verify and monitor CIP parameters as per SOP.
Must have strong problem solving and decision-making skills for process deviations and quality issues.
