Akij Takaful Properties Limited, a concern of Akij Venture Group, is looking for energetic and motivated candidates for the position of Jr. Executive / Executive – Sales & Land Acquisition to support sales activities and identify potential land acquisition opportunities.
Responsibilities :
Generate sales leads and identify potential land acquisition opportunities.
Conduct market surveys and site visits for land and property opportunities.
Maintain communication with customers, landowners, brokers, and other stakeholders.
Support land price negotiation and acquisition-related activities.
Coordinate with relevant departments for document verification and due diligence.
Prepare and maintain sales, acquisition, and market reports.
