Responsibilities & Context
- Manage apartment buildings and arrange dormitory accommodations. Handle check-ins for company employees, plan housing and room layouts, and promptly address employees’ appliance maintenance needs.
- Oversee apartment fixed assets, collect relevant market price information, and provide channel information to the superior.
- Manage and monitor the entry and exit of individuals, ensuring that unauthorized persons do not enter the apartment.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in public areas to create a good living environment.
- Assist in organizing team-building activities within the apartment and arranging staff for venue setup and cleanup.
- Complete various tasks assigned by the superior diligently.
