Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Additional Requirements
- Experienced in operating Microsoft Power BI.
- Experience in using Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Having prior RMG industry experience will be an added advantage.
- Should be well-groomed, smart, and energetic
- Strong presentation and delivery skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English.
- IT proficiency – advanced level skill is a must in MS Office package (Especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Responsibilities & Context
- Clear concept about LAN, WAN, WLAN and other IP based Networking .
- Installing, configuring, troubleshooting, monitoring and maintaining computer hardware, software, system, network, printer, scanner, etc.
- Knowledge about browser compability, cache, cockies etc.
- Train users on system/functional modules by visiting their workstations.
- Train factory users on updating production data remotely.
- Train users on new changes/improvements made to the system.
- Deploy the application to end-user devices.
- Supervise the end-user to work with this application smoothly.
- Monitoring the application and addressing program bugs in the system.
- Maintain log files of issues and report regularly with resolution status.
- Gather and keep a record of user feedback post-implementation.
