Experience

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 40 years
- Only Male
- Knowledge of types of building materials and construction methods.
- Knowledge of the methods and techniques of CAD design.
- Knowledge of structural, mechanical and electrical engineering relating to building costs.
- Proficient in 3D modeling, Animation and Presentation.
- Clear conception about building projects, building materials, interior design – materials and execution process.
Responsibilities & Context
We are inviting application who has experienced with similar job in similar industry (Architecture Farm).
This is a full time permanent position and demands the following preference for an eligible incumbent.
- Find new prospects and sales leads to secure interior design consultancy and execution.
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement effective sales strategies.
- Visit potential clients on a regular basis and develop rapport with the project in charge.
- Assists in preparation of layout and draws preliminary sketch of project to present to client.
- To perform any sorts of relevant job if assign by the management.
