Education

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), Diploma in Architecture

• Diploma in Architecture/Interior Architecture encouraged to apply who have proven experiences in the relevant field.

Experience

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Garments, Architecture Firm, Group of Companies, Garments Accessories

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 28 years

• Knowledge about interior design and Architectural materials is necessary.

• Sound Knowledge in Modern Interior Design(Commercial).

• Should be decent, trustworthy. 

• Excellent communication and professional  interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities & Context

• Project supervision, and detailed design/ drawing capabilities  is required, Vast design experience and sufficient knowledge of raw materials.

• Give preliminary estimates on cost, overall budget and project delivery time.

• To coordinate with the Architect/Engineer for Smooth Execution of the project.

• To Preparing Interior BOQ, Work Schedule, Interior materials requisition, materials QC.

• Will be responsible for designing and complete project management from start to finish.

• Must be proficient in 2D, Auto CAD Drawing, 3D, Sketch Up and/or 3D Studio Max.
