Highly skilled and proficient in 3D modelling, rendering, animation and Presentation.
Clear conception about building projects, building materials, interior design – materials and execution .
Must have experience in designing multi-Storied building.
Very Good Knowledge in architectural software’s like AutoCAD, 3Dmax, Vary, Sketch up, Lumion, ArchiCAD, Photoshop and others.
Disciplined and punctual.
Good in reading, writing and spoken English.
Confidence in thyself.
Skill in tackling situation and challenges.
Capabilities to Working in a team.
Affiliation with IAB as a permanent or associate member.

Skill as an architect i.e. who can develop a concept, can express that concept through sketch & design while taking assistance of computer by using different software.
Who can handle CLIENTS independently & successfully?
Can guide, motivate team members for the project with time and budget constraints.
Who can work as a team leader / member for the project with responsibility as agreed with the client.
Follow up / monitor or at time may do thyself required working drawings for the project.
Do the project “Work schedules” on His / Her own and doing different variance analysis.
