• Bachelor’s degree in architecture from a reputed university. (Diploma Certification is not eligible)

Experience

• Strong portfolio with a proven track record of leading high-quality interior projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape/D5, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong aesthetic sense and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of practical experience in interior design (residential & commercial).

The ideal candidate will play a key leadership role in concept development, space planning, client presentation, design supervision, and team coordination. Responsibilities:

• Lead the design team and manage multiple interior projects from concept to completion.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, mood boards, 3D visuals, and presentation decks.
• Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and the construction team.
• Maintain project timelines and deliverables within budget and scope.
• Supervise junior architects and guide technical and aesthetic standards.
• Ensure design quality, functionality, and alignment with client expectations.
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and design reviews.
• Coordinate with procurement and the site team during execution.
