Job Responsibilities:

Conceptualization: Develop initial design concepts based on client needs, preferences, and project requirements.
Space Planning: Create efficient and functional layouts that optimize space utilization.
3D Modeling: Use design software to visualize and present design ideas to clients.
Material Selection: Choose suitable materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the design vision and budget.
Lighting Design: Plan and implement effective lighting solutions to enhance the ambiance and functionality of spaces.
Budgeting: Develop and manage project budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Scheduling: Create and adhere to project timelines to meet deadlines.
Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution.
Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss their needs, preferences, and budget.
Technical Skills: CAD Software: Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
Building Codes: Knowledge of building codes and regulations to ensure compliance.
