- Site visit and Project Management. Should be able to design and presentation drawing in AutoCAD 2D and 3D software.
- Prepare detailed & working drawing of Exterior/Interior Design.
- Must be skilled in Excel to prepare BOQ.
- Should have practical knowledge of Layout and Design implementation.
- Should be able to coordinate running projects until project handover to customer.
- Must be skilled in the preparation of any kind of authority sheets.
