Hotel, Restaurant, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Coffee Shop, Fast Food Shop, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)

Additional Requirements

Organize and implement the operational procedures of the restaurants in the assigned zone
Monitor and enforce restaurant quality, food safety standards and occupational safety & health related issues
Track that food and non-food items’ expiration, hygiene and cleanliness issues are properly maintained
Perform routine physical inspections of process operations and take action to mitigate any risk
Manage and mentor staff to achieve optimum performance in every department
Possess good communication skills to communicate with guests and resolve complaints, if any
Manage inventory according to the guideline and track record of stock and expenditures
Report to the authority for any process variation and guide branch manager to resolve any non-compliance issue within a specified amount of time
Prepare monthly report of the branches outlining all deficiencies and deviations from the company standards; and suggest areas of improvements
Conduct follow up visits as necessary to ensure all previously found deficiencies are resolved
Perform operational tasks in restaurants in absence of manager
Perform additional duties and as and when required by the management
