Responsibilities & Context

  • As the Area Manager for our thriving commodity products business, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth within your assigned area.
  • Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing strategies to optimize market potential, onboard new retailers and distributors, and cost-effectively enhance the overall performance of the area.
  • Devise and implement robust sales strategies tailored to the assigned area to drive growth in product sales.
  • Conduct market analyses to identify opportunities and challenges, developing plans to expand product reach and market share.
  • Proactively seek and onboard new retailers, distributors, and wholesalers to enhance market penetration and distribution network.
  • Implement cost-effective measures to optimize operations, ensuring efficient resource utilization without compromising quality.
  • Work towards achieving positive ROI by strategically optimizing costs while maintaining high standards of product quality and service.
  • Regularly monitor sales performance against established targets, utilizing data and analytics to drive informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to achieve overall business objectives.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the sales team, ensuring alignment with area growth targets through consistent monitoring and support.
