Responsibilities & Context
- Overseeing the sale of the company’s products and services from beginning to end.
- Leading sales to ensure maximum customer satisfaction through customer support.
- Generating sales leads by visiting different competitors’ agents and farms regularly.
- Creating new customers by dispersing technical know-how of the company’s products.
- Conducting seminars and farmers’ meets throughout the country.
- Providing technical support to farmers/farms and other agribusiness entities.
- Adding new agents from the competition in the respective gap market.
- Achieving monthly targets through existing and new customers.
