Additional Requirements

Overseeing the sales of the company’s products and services from beginning to end.
Achieving monthly targets through existing and new customers.
Ensure Aftab, Competitor Dealer and Farmer visit in accordance with the Route plan.
Retain all existing dealers and ensure Proper Service Standards Month to Month.
Proper Team Management, Controlling, Monitoring & Supervision.
Leading sales team to ensure maximum customer satisfaction through customer support.
Conduct seminars and farmers throughout the respective Area.
Providing technical support to farmers and other relevant entities.
Adding new agents from the competition in the respective gap market.
Constant communication with Dealer, Line Manager, subordinates to clarify company policy and new offers to avoid confusion.
Monitor & ensure credit, sales collection and sales against credit limit.
Submit necessary reports as per requirements of Management.
Any other relevant task as and when assigned by the department head.
