Responsibilities & Context

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve Sales targets for assigned territories.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, retail outlets, and regular market visits to ensure market hygiene and brand presence.
• Appoint, monitor, and support distributors to ensure proper inventory management, order fulfillment, and resolve distributor issues related to pricing, supply chain, etc.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and key stakeholders for long-term business growth.
• Supervise and guide the sales team to ensure effective execution of sales plans, improve performance, product knowledge, and selling skills.
• Implement promotional activities, trade offers, and in-store visibility campaigns to boost product movement.
• Ensure optimal retail coverage through effective route planning and field force deployment.
• Analyze competitors’ activities, pricing, promotions, and customer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, market insights, and action plans.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing, branding standards, and ethical business practices.
• Any other tasks assigned by the management.
