Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in any discipline.
  • Master’s degree in any discipline, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing Educational qualification may be relaxed for professionally skilled candidate.

Experience

  • 3 to 6 years

    Manufacturing (FMCG)

  • Skills Required: Sales, Team Leading, and Team work.

  • Willingness to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
  • In-depth knowledge about FMCG sales system/ modern trade and market penetration strategy.
  • Ability to lead a large team productively through coaching and guiding.
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Establish sales targets for the designated area, ensure their achievement in line with company objectives, and market potential.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, supervisors, and other staff within the designated area.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the distribution network within the assigned area.
  • Identify potential dealers, distributors, and retail outlets to increase product availability and market penetration.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitors’ activities.
  • Develop sales plans and strategies based on market insights to maximize sales growth and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including distributors, retailers, and wholesalers.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities, advertising campaigns, and marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports on a regular basis.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards. Maintain high standards of product quality, customer service, and ethical business practices.
  • Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve their targets and excel in their roles.
  • Operations to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Set monthly target of sales force.
  • Continuously strive for process improvement, innovation, and excellence in all aspects of sales
