Job Context

Meghna Pulp and Paper Mills Ltd. (MPPML) and Meghna Ballpen and Accessories Manufacturing Ltd. (MBAML) are the sister concerns of Meghna Group of Industries (MGI). MPPML and MBAML are engaged with producing Tissue, Stationaries and hygiene products (e.g. Paper, Pen, Pencil, sharpener, Eraser, Scale, Baby Diaper, Baby Wipes, and Sanitary Napkin). We are seeking enthusiastic, qualified, and experienced individuals for its Sales & Marketing Department. This position requires managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory to achieve sales targets and will report to the Regional Head.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and plan activities concerning the sale of manufactured goods (Fresh Tissue, Fresh Stationary, Fresh Anonna Sanitary Napkin, Fresh Happy Nappy Baby Diaper, Fresh Happy Nappy Baby Wipes) and services or other subjects of sale.
  • Expand the business by creating a strong distribution channel and maintaining relationships with potential dealers.
  • Monitor the activities of subordinates and distributors to Identify and solve market-related problems.
  • Assist the respective divisional sales manager in preparing and executing monthly and annual sales plans.
  • Negotiate and settle agreements with critical customers or dealers.
  • Train the subordinates regarding product knowledge and professional skill development.
  • Monitor the competitor’s activities to compete with their products in the existing market and provide time-effective solutions for the field sales force.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase demand for and sales of our product.
  • Prepare the reports (e.g., Primary/Secondary Sales report, Target vs. achievement, Memo Report, etc.) and regularly submit them to the Regional Head and Head of Sales.
