Responsibilities & Context

• Achieve sales targets and expand market share in the HORECA and institutional sales channel.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, restaurants, catering businesses, corporate canteens, and institutions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through regular visits, prompt service, and resolving concerns effectively.
• Identify new business opportunities and onboard potential clients.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
• Ensure timely order processing, delivery, and payment collection.
• Track and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
