Education
- HSC, or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives in the designated region.
- Manage, lead, and motivate a team of sales representatives to deliver exceptional performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the region.
- Analyze regional market trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the management team.
- Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, training, and coaching for the sales team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align strategies and achieve overall business goals.
- Prepare and present regular reports on regional sales performance and market trends.
