Analytical mindset with experience in using consumer insights and data to guide decisions.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.

Responsibilities & Context

To support the development and execution of brand strategies that enhance customer engagement, increase market share, and strengthen the brand identity of the motorcycle portfolio. The role involves managing integrated marketing campaigns, working closely with internal teams and external agencies, and analyzing consumer insights to drive brand performance.

Assist in the development and execution of end-to-end brand strategies for existing and new motorcycle models.

Lead integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms – including TVCs, digital films, dealer promotions, and experiential events.

Work closely with product, R&D, and design teams to ensure alignment between product features and brand messaging.

Collaborate with creative, media, and digital agencies to ensure timely and effective campaign rollouts.

Drive brand communication in alignment with the company’s vision and motorcycle positioning (e.g., performance, style, adventure, commuter, etc.).Manage and track campaign budgets and ensure optimal ROI.

Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer feedback analysis to refine messaging and brand propositions.

Support product launches, brand activations, dealer engagement programs, and auto expos/motorcycle events.

Monitor brand health metrics such as awareness, consideration, preference, and sentiment.
