Requirements

Education

  • Master’s degree in Education, Training and Development, Human Resources, or Engineering /CSE is required.

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in training program development and management, preferably in an academic or research institution.
  • Minimum CGPA 3.00 in each attempted certified examinations.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Required skills in computer and multi-media operation.
  • General knowledge of private university laws and regulations.
  • Hardworking, honest, energetic and innovative.
  • Have creativity, integrity, initiatives and imagination.
  • Prepared to accept challenges and work under pressure.
  • Have the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in instructional design, and training delivery methods.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in organizing training programs at university level.

Responsibilities & Context

Training Program Development:

  • Design, develop, and implement training programs that meet the needs of faculty, and staff.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
  • Create engaging training materials and resources, including online modules, workshops, and seminars.
  • Promote the dissemination of research findings through publications and presentations.

Program Management and Coordination:

  • Coordinate and manage the logistics of training programs, including scheduling, resource allocation, and participant communication.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
  • Ensure training programs are delivered on time and within budget.

Collaboration and Networking:

  • Collaborate with academic departments, administrative units, and external partners to identify training opportunities and develop joint initiatives.
  • Foster relationships with industry professionals, training organizations, and other educational institutions.
  • Represent the IRT at conferences, workshops, and networking events to promote training initiatives.

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Maintain comprehensive records of training activities, participation, and outcomes.
  • Prepare regular reports on training performance and outcomes for the Director and other stakeholders.
  • Use data and analytics to inform training program development and decision-making.

Compliance and Standards:

  • Ensure all training activities comply with institutional policies and relevant legal and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of training policies and procedures.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by University Management from time to time.
