Requirements

Additional Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience in operating SAP S/4HANA.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

Meghna Fresh LPG Limited (MFLPG) is one of the sister concerns of Meghna Group of Industries (MGI). MFLPG is engaged in producing cylinder gas for household, private, and commercial usage. MFLPG is pursuing excellent growth through a motivated & performance-driven team under the flagship brand named ‘Fresh LPG’. Currently, MFLPG is seeking a skilled and experienced engineer who will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the plant, ensuring smooth and efficient production of LPG while adhering to safety and environmental regulations. The incumbent will report to the department head for the duties and responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Organize a toolbox meeting at the beginning of the day’s production for safety and work planning purposes.
  • Start refilling LPG cylinder production by following proper procedures.
  • Ensure the correct quantity of cylinders when unloading or loading customer vehicles.
  • Resolve any maintenance-related issues in the plant through communication and mutual cooperation with the maintenance team.
  • Collect and report data from LPG storage tanks located in the plant at the start and end of daily production.
  • Maintain proper implementation of the Fresh LPG unloading function as per the standard checklist and maintain documentation accordingly.
  • Prepare a production plan as well as manpower arrangements for distribution demand and LPG availability.
  • Supervise the secured unloading and loading operation of the LPG ship and road tanker.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on production activities and submit them to the Plant manager.
