Responsibilities & Context

• Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and dues via mail, phone, or in person.
• Prepare and send due statements and invoices to clients.
• Handle bad debt recovery and ensure timely tax deduction at source (TDS) & VAT deduction at sources (VDS) challan collection.
• Communicate with the finance department for AR issuance, receipt, and account adjustments.
• Provide timely feedback and resolution to client account queries.
• Collaborate with local and overseas clients on payment and documentation processes.
• Assist in preparing LC (Letter of Credit) documents.
