Additional Requirements

Lead the team in achieving monthly targets for customer acquisition and conversion, with a focus on attaining new customer acquisition (registration and onboarding) targets.
Cultivate and nurture enduring relationships with newly on boarded customers.
Contribute market intelligence inputs for the formulation of pricing and activation strategies.
Oversee the enrichment and maintenance of customer profiles, ensuring regular updates in CRM.
Work closely with the customer success team to ensure a seamless transition of clients, fostering repeat sales with minimal dropouts.
Guide customers through their credit application journey.
Overseeing the target market, the sales channel, and to carry out the sales order in conjunction with the supervisor.
Supervising sales forecasting, analysis, and identification of potential new sales.
Giving instructions to the RSM that they provide necessary sales data to the MIS.
Work together with Supply Chain & Distribution to guarantee that clients receive their orders on time.
