Special expertise of Having a large Dada bank of Target company of Automation Security products and IT Products.
Should be self-starter and dynamic and proactive
Having a valid motorcycle driving license will be preferred

Assistant General Manager, AGM (Sales & Marketing – Automation Security Products and IT Products)

Lead the Sales and Marketing force independently with proper business planning and development.
To manage overall activities related to Sales & Marketing including credit realization.
Must have a large sales data sheet of his own related to target company/sector of Automation Security Products and IT Products belong to his own market share.
Lead sales team to manage Door to Door visit specially in corporate sector.
Establish proper reporting system which will enable all parties to stay in the loop and take joint decisions in a efficient manner.
Regular market research and report the content to senior management will be required.
Oversee the Sales & Market Development operations functions of the Company.
Identify new business opportunities and expansion of existing business to improve company’s financial growth and market share.
Developing strong relationship with stakeholders and managing effective relationship with key partners.
Plan business development strategies in line with company’s long term strategic goals regarding product and service.
Handling complaints, and oversee the service recovery procedures and credit realization.
Should have Strong interpersonal skill, communication and presentation skill and deep knowledge.
Manage overall activities of data collection, Customer Relation.
Need to prepare Daily/weekly/monthly/Yearly sales plan and direct Sales team.
