Controlling delivery schedules, vehicle routes, inventory levels, and transportation expenses
Managing delivery concerns, coordinating and managing the order cycle, and making sure that orders are appropriately prioritized and completed on time
Extracting and analyzing daily performance reports, assessing internal and third-party logistics suppliers’ (3PLs) performance and quality
Presenting results to upper management and creating and carrying out performance improvement plans
Managing and allocating personnel resources in accordance with evolving demands Leading and inspiring a team of employees
Communicating and negotiating with freight forwarders, suppliers, customers, and third-party logistics
Expanding the company by acquiring new contracts, analyzing logistical issues, and coming up with solutions
Recognizing, utilizing, and contributing to the growth of business
