Additional Requirements

Minimum 5 years in a managerial position in QA (woven garments, outerwear, down/padded jackets).
Strong knowledge in woven garment quality systems, audits, and inspection standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in English and computer literacy is essential.
Ability to effectively communicate with all level of employees.

Lead QA operations for woven garments including outerwear, down, and padded jackets.
Develop and implement quality assurance strategies aligned with buyer and company requirements.
Monitor inline and final inspection processes and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate with production, merchandising, and technical teams to embed quality into processes.
Supervise, train, and guide QA/QC teams to maintain consistency and improve competencies.
Identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Ensure compliance with AQL levels, buyer standards, and international quality benchmarks.
Coordinate third-party audits and buyer inspections.
Prepare and present regular QA performance reports to senior management.
