Responsibilities & Context
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Maintain and monitor the organization’s local area network (LAN), internet, and Wi-Fi systems.
- Support in the configuration and maintenance of email systems and user accounts.
- Ensure IT policies and procedures are followed in line with company standards.
