NRN Knitting and Garments Ltd. is actively looking for an experienced HR, Admin & Compliance Manager to lead and strengthen our workforce. If you have a strong background in HR, administration, and compliance management within the garments/textile sector, we encourage you to apply immediately!

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the entire HR, Admin, and Compliance functions.
• Ensure full compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, industry regulations, and buyer compliance standards.
• Lead recruitment, employee relations, training & development, and performance management.
• Implement HR & administrative policies that foster a productive workplace.
• Ensure fire, safety, and environmental compliance in line with local and international standards.
• Handle audits, factory inspections, buyer compliance requirements, and corrective action plans.
• Advise senior management on workforce planning and compliance strategies.
