- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with EGM/IGM/SI/VGM submissions, B/L generation, D/O & SO release, Arrival notices, etc.
- Strong relationships and comprehensive operational knowledge of CFS, ports, and customs authorities.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for effective interaction with shippers, C&F agents, shipping lines, CFS and others.
Responsibilities & Context
- Daily and periodic reporting to the Dhaka operations team.
- Coordination with the sales team.
