Requirements

Education

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CA (CC) / partly qualified ACCA or CMA will be considered an added advantage.

Experience

- 3 to 5 years

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Multinational Companies

Additional Requirements

Age 30 to 35 years

Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially
Excel. Experience using accounting software (e.g., Tally, Quick Books, ERP) will be preferred.
Strong analytical ability, communication, and organizational skills.Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and within a team environment.
Professional certification and/or relevant work experience in VAT and taxation will be considered an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a young, energetic, and meticulous Assistant Manager (Accounts) to handle daily financial bookkeeping, voucher management, and core administrative accounts functions. The Assistant Manager (Accounts) will work closely under the guidance of senior finance management to maintain flawless financial data entry.

To Assist Financial Reporting & Analysis: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements—including Balance Sheets, P&L, and Cash Flow statements—while generating comprehensive analysis reports for management review.
Tax & VAT Compliance: Ensure accurate deduction and timely deposit of Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and VAT Deducted at Source (VDS). Prepare and file monthly VAT returns (e.g., Return 9.1) and maintain local statutory Mushak registers.
Audit & Internal Controls: Act as the primary focal point for statutory, internal, and government tax audits. Implement strict internal financial controls to safeguard company assets.
Perform any other accounts and finance-related tasks assigned by management.
