Responsibilities & Context

• Develop and manage design briefs
• Conduct comprehensive design reviews & accommodate and integrate review feedback.
• Review all authority drawings for authority submission (planning permit drawings, SPP drawings, DTCA drawings, RAJUK drawings, CB drawings).
• Manage relationships with consultants.
• Maintain and manage the product development timeline.
• Calculate salable areas & create detailed project profiles.
• Prepare brochure materials.
• Conduct client meetings & prepare modification plans per client requirements.
