  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proven track record of successful brand visual development in the beauty sector.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Brand Strategy & Visualization: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies with a strong visual component that align with market trends and business goals.
  • Creative Direction: Lead the creative process for branding initiatives, including visual identity, packaging design, and marketing materials.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand consumer preferences, emerging trends, and competitive landscape. Utilize insights to inform visual and brand strategies.
  • Brand Positioning: Define and communicate the brand’s unique value proposition through compelling visuals and consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Campaign Development: Plan, design, and execute visually stunning marketing campaigns that elevate brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
  • Product Development Collaboration: Work closely with product development teams to ensure brand consistency and visual appeal across all product lines, from concept to launch.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of brand visuals and campaigns, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior management.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and visual execution.
  • Budget Management: Manage the visual branding budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact and ROI
