Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for category growth
Support the team in creating product assortments that align with customer needs and business objectives
Collect and analyze sales data, inventory levels, and market trends to provide actionable insights
Prepare regular reports on category performance, including sales, margins, and stock levels
Assist in managing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize overstock or stockouts
Monitor slow-moving and obsolete inventory and suggest strategies for clearance or promotion
Assist in negotiating terms, pricing, and promotions with suppliers to maximize profitability
Ensure timely communication with vendors regarding orders, deliveries, and product availability
Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, including discounts, bundling, and seasonal offers
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to category management activities
