Additional Requirements

Abel to work under reputed Buyer: H&M, PUMA, C&A, Bestseller, George, Ralph Lauren, VF Asia, Next, New Times, Inditex, GAP etc. Must have H&M PD, Puma Enablon validation completion experience, and Computer knowledge.
Good communication skills in English (Verbal & Writing).

Assist in leading and coordinating all types of Buyer/3rd Party Social Compliance Audit and organize the factory.
Experience with BWB, SLCP, H&M PD, Puma Enablon, SMETA/ETI, FLA, BSCI & EU, SCS/C-TPAT/GSV, and UK & USA buyers’ compliance requirements.
Possess sound knowledge of BLL-2006, BLR-2015, BNBC-2020, NFPA, and ACCORD/RSC, Alliance/Nirapon standards.
Conduct regular internal audits and share reports with the relevant factory personnel.
Prepare third-party or buyer audit CAP reports independently and follow up on audits day-to-day.
Maintain and revise policies and procedures for the Compliance Program and oversee day-to-day operations.
Monitor regulatory activities to stay informed about the status of all compliance activities and identify trends.
Coordinate with business and regional support lawyers to identify and track potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, and develop and implement corrective action plans for resolving problematic issues.
Develop an effective compliance training program, including appropriate introductory training for new employees, as well as ongoing training for all employees and managers.
Organize various training sessions to meet compliance requirements.
Provide regular reports to the Line Manager and meet official requirements as needed.
