Escalator/Elevator/Lift

Identify and generate potential leads for lift & escalator sales for individuals and the sales team
Analyze market trends and assess business opportunities to drive sales growth in the lift sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business
Oversee the preparation of competitive and accurate bids for lift projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure recommended lift solutions meet client specifications and industry standards
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and profitability
Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, tracking lead conversion and identifying opportunities for improvement
Guide the sales team in preparing and conducting project visits, presentations and meetings with clients
Ensure smooth after-sales project execution, including bill & payments and installations
Generate and present regular sales reports, performance analysis and updates on project status to senior management
Any responsibilities assigned by the management
