Responsibilities & Context

• Identify and generate potential leads for lift & escalator sales from various industries
• Assess market opportunities and maintain records of lead sources, conversion rates, and follow-up activities
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring regular communication and follow-ups
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable lift solutions and technical specifications
• Implement strategies to convert leads into sales and guide clients through sales
• Coordinate project visits, meetings and client interactions to finalize deals to work order
• Oversee after-sales activities, including payment schedules and project implementation
• Track project progress, including installation, billing, payments and management reports
