Responsibilities & Context
- Regularly follow up with potential and existing customers to ensure positive client relationships and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve individual sales targets as set by the company. Prepare detailed sales performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Maintain and regularly update the client database with accurate information regarding potential buyers, the sales pipeline, and client interactions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support and enhance the sales process.
- Assist in planning and organizing sales-related events and promotional activities.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the line manager.
- Maintain strong business relationships with customers.
