Ensure all sewing lines, sections, units are running as per plan efficiency.
Ensure Efficiency & Productivity improvement and visualization by using different tools.
Ensure the generation of accurate factory performance and trend reports including line efficiency, line performance, changeover effectiveness, capacity utilization, NPT and rework.
Study and record time, motion, method, and speed involved in performance of production, maintenance, clerical, and other worker operations for such purposes as establishing standard production rates or improving efficiency.
Ensure process re-engineering of Production planning and execution considering capacity calculation of the factory.
Implementation of various tools and techniques of LEAN & 5’s.
Maintain up-grading of skill matrix and performance development of workers by training, counseling and motivation.
Follow-up Calculation of Standard Minute Value (SMV) for specific product.
Minimize wastage & increase utilization of Man, Machine & Materials with various tools & techniques.
Assist superior to execute and evaluate staff performance, new recruitment, promotion, disciplinary matters, and training needs
