Responsibilities & Context
- Formulate and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets within the modern trade channel.
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with key accounts, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and devise plans to expand the company’s footprint in the modern trade market.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and capitalize on opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
- Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve targets and enhance overall team performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually refine and improve sales strategies and tactics.
