Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Minimum Graduate in the relevant field.
Experience
- 8 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Professional degree in Fashion Design or related field.
- Proven experience in designing and developing fashion collections.
- Candidates must have experience working with INDITEX brands, particularly Zara Woman and Zara Kids (Girls & Baby Girls).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong knowledge of current fashion trends and consumer preferences.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Must be well-groomed and presentable.
- The ideal candidate must have solid experience in Buying, Trading, and Sourcing within the apparel/textile industry. Priority will be given to candidates with this background.
- Minimum 8-10 years work experience in Denim.
- Communication skill especially in English both speaking and writing.
- Computer knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point Presentation.
Responsibilities & Context
We are a growing and professionally managed Apparel / Textile Sourcing Company, specialized in PREMIUM DENIM, working for the European and Australian leading Brands / Retailers as their local partner in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
To manage our continuous growth, we are now looking for some Young, Educated, Disciplined, Honest, Sincere, Hard Working, Willing to Learn, Team Player and Proactive Professionals to fill up below position-
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop fashion collections that align with the brand’s aesthetic and target audience.
- Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm and conceptualize new ideas.
- Create detailed sketches, technical drawings & tech-pack using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Develop patterns and prototypes for sampling.
- Conduct thorough research on fashion trends, fabrics, and techniques.
- Work closely with head of design to ensure designs are executed accurately.
- Participate in fittings and provide feedback on garment construction and fit.
- Stay updated on fashion trends and innovations.
- Travel for market research, Shopping & buyer meetings.
