Drive and achieve the targeted sales as per business plan, set for e-commerce channel.
Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Ensure increase in repeat customer purchases, online visitor to customer conversion ratio, along with increase PoP & YoY growth.
Analyze sales figures and market trends to plan and ensure online stock and fulfillment management.
Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps.
Develop and implement digital commerce strategy in order to improve sales, online traffic flow, and operational performance.
Ensure customer service satisfaction by address and ensure the timely resolution of their issues.
Monitor competitors, and initiate, manage & execute promotional campaigns.
Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through.
Any other tasks assigned by the management.
